Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to appointment time. We prefer at least 48 hours to cancel but we understand circumstances may change. For a full refund of the service/package rate, the client must cancel at least a full 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time (shown in the confirmation receipt/text/email). The cancellation fee ($79) will not be refunded unless the guest cancels within the free cancellation period for their appointment. Cancellations must be made via website, email, or preferably through the original confirmation email.
How long does it take to get a refund?
We process refunds immediately upon cancellation and they will appear within 3-10 business days, however sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they will reflect on the original payment method.
No refunds will be granted for services performed. If you are unsatisfied with our work, we can work with you to schedule an immediate appointment to address concerns and correct the issue. We may request pictures of the problem before rescheduling. There is a 7 day window to request remedial services. Requests may not be granted for any vehicles or equipment that we suspect are engaged in:
- Off-road or fording use
- High pressure spray or abrasion to treated components
- Hot water or steam washing of treated areas
- Application of heavy degreasing agents
- Modifying treated components or areas in any way
Inaccessible, No-Show, & GOA Policy
'Inaccessible', 'No-Show', or 'Gone On Arrival' are terms defined and used herein as: Vehicles/equipment/property previously scheduled for service, which are:
1. Not at the scheduled location at the scheduled time
2. Blocked-in/inaccessible, to be transported or serviced
3. Placed in an area that would cause substantial risk of death/injury to any person
4. Risk of damage to state or federally protected zones
5. Any other liability
Pro-Coat reserves the right to issue no refund or partial refund due to Inaccessible, No-Show, or GOA conditions at our discretion.

Rescheduling Policy
