Pro-Coat™ referral program terms and conditions:
Who is eligible for the referral program-
To participate in the referral program, a person sending out the referral (hereinafter – referee) must be a registered or prior client of Pro-Coat services.
A referee must explain the terms of the Program to the people they are sending the invitation (hereinafter – referrals) and obtain consent from each referral to use their personal information (if applicable) for the purpose of sending them the referral code electronically.
Referrals must provide consent to use of their personal information in order to participate in the Program.
Both the referee and the referral must accept the terms of the Referral Program, and abide by them.
How our program works-
A referee can send the referral link or code to an unlimited number of friends. When a referral clicks on their referral link or submits a specific referral code, completes a scheduled service with Pro-Coat™, the referee gets a $10 bonus. Referrals that have registered their accounts using a valid referral link or code will receive 10% off a selected auto service package upon scheduling and payment. The referral bonus is not available for referring existing customers. The referral must be a new Pro-Coat customer. Referral bonus is time-limited. For referees it is valid for one year as from receipt.
How to receive your bonus-
Referral bonuses are totaled and mailed to your mailing address on the last calendar day of every month.
The bonus is provided in the form of a $10 or greater check that is able to be cashed or deposited. The name on the bonus check will match the name of the prior client in which the referral code was issued. Bonuses are only totaled after the referred party completes the scheduled service.
Sharing referral links-
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Referrals are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Referrals are also prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
Multiple referrals-
Referral codes are valid with multiple new customer
referrals. Bonuses will not be paid until a referred client completes the scheduled service. Bonus checks will be mailed to the mailing address and name in which the referral code was issued.
Limitation of liability-
Pro-Coat assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by Pro-Coat on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to a your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from this program. Pro-Coat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Pro-Coat, corrupt the security or proper administration of the program or for any other reason.
Termination and changes-
Pro-Coat may end or suspend the Program, or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral bonuses.
Pro-Coat reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the referral bonus if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend the referral bonus in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Updates to our Terms-
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modified terms at terms. The modifications will be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
